Meet the Founder – Nathan Thomson

Clinical Audit Compass was created by Nathan Thomson, an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner with extensive frontline experience and a background in clinical governance, education, and professional development.

Throughout his career, Nathan has worked across a range of clinical environments and professional groups, seeing first-hand how difficult it can be to organise clinical logs, CPD, audits, and reflective practice in a way that genuinely reflects real work, and that meets the standards regulators actually require.

Clinical Audit Compass exists because Nathan built the tool he wished he’d always had, and made it available to every regulated clinician in the UK.
