Clinical Audit Compass is currently built around UK professional and regulatory frameworks. You're welcome to use the app for clinical logging, CPD, and reflective practice from anywhere, but the Regulatory Revalidation Export currently supports UK regulators only (HCPC, NMC, GMC, GDC, GPhC, GOsC, GOC, and GCC).
No. The platform is designed so that no identifiable patient data is stored. Before any clinical log can be submitted, you must confirm it contains no patient-identifiable information.
Yes. Data is hosted on a dedicated UK server, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication on administrative access, and industry-standard security controls. Clinical Audit Compass Ltd is Cyber Essentials certified, and an independent CREST-accredited penetration test is carried out as part of our ongoing security programme.
Yes. Clinical logs, CPD, and reflections can be exported as a comprehensive portfolio, or in a format built specifically for your professional regulator's revalidation requirements.
Yes. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

New accounts include a free introductory access period. After that, a subscription is required to continue using the platform, available as a monthly or annual plan through the App Store, Google Play, or by card.

Clinical Audit Compass Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and maintains a full governance suite, including a Data Protection Impact Assessment, Data Processing Agreements with our processors, an Information Security Policy, a Data Retention Policy, and an Incident Response Plan, alongside our Cyber Essentials certification.
The app is currently standalone, designed to complement existing systems such as NHS Turas and institutional ePortfolios rather than replace them, with future compatibility in mind.
