You're welcome to use the app for clinical logging, CPD, and reflective practice from anywhere, but the Regulatory Revalidation Export currently supports UK regulators only (HCPC, NMC, GMC, GDC, GPhC, GOsC, GOC, and GCC).

No. The platform is designed so that no identifiable patient data is stored. Before any clinical log can be submitted, you must confirm it contains no patient-identifiable information.

Yes. Data is hosted on a dedicated UK server, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication on administrative access, and industry-standard security controls. Clinical Audit Compass Ltd is Cyber Essentials certified, and an independent CREST-accredited penetration test is carried out as part of our ongoing security programme.

Yes. Clinical logs, CPD, and reflections can be exported as a comprehensive portfolio, or in a format built specifically for your professional regulator's revalidation requirements.

Yes. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
